Full Armor Farm takes great pride in our maple syrup making tradition, tracing back three generations, I learned the process from my grandfather and father on a small homemade barrel stove evaporator. Technology has come a long way since, but we still hold the same principles with smaller batches for a superior taste. In 2020, we expanded from 200 to 800 taps. Full Armor Farm uses a wood fired sap evaporator that provides a distinct taste that our loyal customers prefer.
